-Review IO interfaces of existing FPGA libraries
[Annapolis/Poulin, Mercury/Couture, SGI/Harrod,
Northeastern/Leeser, Lincoln/Vai, ...]
Suggested format for FPGA presenters:
1) H/W overview - physical I/F
2) API - what does the outside world see?
3) thoughts on a VSIPL ++ approach.
